Electrical and Electronics Enginnering

The The Electrical and Electronics Engineering department was established in the year 2018. It offers an Undergraduate course with an intake of 60. The department has well experienced Faculty and staff with various specializations. It has Electrical Machines lab, switchgear and Protection lab. High Voltage Lab, Microcontroller lab, Analog and Digital Electronics lab with latest equipment and also the Department has a library with around 500 volumes covering almost all subjects of the department to cater the needs of the students. Few faculty of the department are looking after the Electrical maintenance of not only the college but also the entire campus of the University. The department has conducted many workshops, conferences and Faculty Development programs to exchange the technical knowledge. A good number of students were placed in many Core and reputed IT industries. Some faculty have registered for Ph. D

To bridge the gap between the students are exposed to various professional activities like invited talks by industry experts, intercollegiate workshops/Conferences. Students are allowed to go for industry visits. Students are taking active part in AICTE activities like Giving awareness about Electrical safety to the public and interacting with school children and giving awareness about the advantages and disadvantages of mobile phones.
