Sir completed SSLC(10t std) in the year 1974,from the Sharnbasaveshwar Residential Public School, Kalaburgi.
Sir completed PUC from Sharnbasaveshwar College of Science,Kalaburgi in the year 1977.
Sir obtained MBBS Course under government quota in MRMC(Mahadevappa Rampure Medical College) ,Kalaburgi and completed the MBBS Course in the year 1983.
Joined for M.D. in General Medicine and completed in the year 1986 from MRMC and awarded Gold Medal by Gulbarga University.

Joined for Research leading to Ph.D. degree, after having sponsored by the Medical Council of India at National Cardiology Research Centre, Moscow, USSR (Russia) in the year 1988.
"Prof. Eugenie I. Chasov" a Noble Laureate (1985) and the Director of NCRC Moscow, quotes that, "Dr. Niranjan Nisty, will be an asset to any institution and serve efficiently in the capacity of a clinician and investigator".

Promoted as a Professor in Medicine in the year 2006 and continued teaching till superannuation in the year 2014.
