The Faculty of Architecture department (FOA) was established in the year 2018. The department
offers an undergraduate programme in Architecture which is a five year course. The department
has experienced faculties from various specialized disciplines like General Architecture, Interior
designing, Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, Digital Architecture & Construction project
management. All the faculties have attained Masters in Architecture from reputed institutions.
The average experience of faculties is 10yrs.
Department is having laboratory facilities like computer lab, material museum, climatology lab,
surveying lab & carpentary lab with latest equipments. Department is well equipped with smart
class rooms, studios & seminar halls. Students are provided with laptops/desktops with Wi-Fi
facilities along with latest version of plotter for printing purposes. Department is having separate
library in addition to main central library. The library contains various books, journals &
magazines.
FOA department is regularly arranging extracurricular activities & academic activity for the
students under IIA (Indian Institute of Architects) & Architecture students association. The
expert resource person from software industry & practicing field are invited to deliver lectures on
latest topic so as to benefit the students.

The Department has Well-equipped design studio’s and lecture rooms dedicated with facilities of LCD projector with White Board, screen for digital demonstration, tablet chairs, lockers, and laptop charging facility along with other facilities like department library, seminar hall, Material museum & various labs such as computer lab, surveying & leveling lab, carpentry workshop and climatology lab with the latest technical tools for encouraging students and in updating their knowledge on the latest technology. Our department has updated software like AutoCAD 2023 version, Revit 2023, 3ds Max 2023 & Google sketch up for desktops and laptops.
To bridge the gap between industry and institute, the department has signed a MoU with M/s. Medini Technologies to teach students upgraded software’s like BIM. The students are also exposed to various professional activities like invited talks by renowned Architects/industry experts, inter collegiate workshops and conferences. The students are given technical training on industry requirements for quality internship and placement. The students are placed in several reputed firms like Dar Al-Handasah Consultants, India Private Limited & STUDIO SYMBIOSIS, Mumbai.
